as a nurse i think all of those choices are healthy, if you know how to keep[ your self healthy and well. theres nothing wrong if you are fat, or thin what matters is you have a strong well being

These are not really choices. We are all born as either ectomoroph, endomorph, or mesomorph..
All and best we can do, is to slightly modify what we've inherited. An ectomorph can work the weights to develop bulk in the muscles. An endomorph can eat less, and do aerobics. And a mesomorph is the lucky one , naturally muscular, who can just keep doing what s/he's doing.

Fat is not healthy nor is extreme skinnyness. So muscular seems the best bet.
