Such a wonderful creation cannot be meaningless.
So the best search to begin is who is the one behind it.
Sure, there is an aim behind all these creations.
Suppose you are an artist and did a good painting. It is now in display in a well known hall. Visitors come and praise it. But the painter will be most happy when a visitor asks "who is the one who made it?". Then the search for it..... is the most prudent move.
Here in our case we may not find a quick reply, but you can at least make sure that your Creator is happy because you have the desire to know him more.

What is the meaning of life? The question itself contains a word that is a misnomer. The word "life" should actually read "death" since this existence that we all like to call "life" is really "death." We all reside in the world of the dead, in "Hades" or "Hell," if you will. And of course, the dead know nothing, hence the reason we're continually asking "What is the meaning of life?" Since we're also inquiring of the dead, we get no sure replies.
Those receiving the gift of life and resurrected will no longer have to ask "What is the meaning of life?" Being alive, they also have knowledge and the answer to the question before it's even asked.

The final aim of our life is to see God and be loved by God.
If you cannot see it, ask God something like : "God, show me that you exist, that you love me, show me why I am here".
He will answer.

I wish I had the omniscience to tell you. I can say I can relate to your sentiments. We've all had times when we've questioned our existence. It is natural. Don't dispair. You will eventually realize your purpose and when you find it, you will be astounded by the meaning it gives to your life.

Then you haven't lived long enough. Life is. That's it, and you are part of it. Instead of worrying yourself about why, why not just enjoy yourself and be the light not the bulb.
