my scalp is bleeding now and it really hurts. what do i do. i cant put a bandaid over it cuz it'll pull my hair out

Apply pressure to it using a towel until the bleeding stops, then go see a doctor. If it's bleeding badly, or won't stop, go to the emergency room.

If you lost conciousness at any point, have any visual changes, or weakness anywhere go to the nearest ER and been seen by a doctor. Hold pressure with paper towels, or a wash clothe. Get a small bag (sandwhich size is good) and put ice in it and hold it to the site. Scalp wounds bleed a lot ice will cause the bleeding to lessen as will pressure. IF you had the above symptoms please go be seen.

Use the towel as suggested and put some ice in the towel as well. The ice will help heaps.

You can keep ICE on it. It would stop the bleeding.
