I know to bake it with all purpose but i need to know with wheat flour since all biscuits we buy outside have the wheat flour as the ingredients.

jus lok up some things abou cake n
but put in wheat flour......lok go 2 yahoo
put in how to make a cake with wheat flour
then it can up not that hard 2 do

All purpose flour is wheat flour also, only that in all purpose the content of protein is 7.5%, in strong flour (that are also wheat flour) use for bread, or pizza dough, the content of protein 12%. Usually what cookie maker use is the same all purpose flour, because it is wheat flour, unless it is specified in the label. Using strong wheat flour, will make your cakes more proteic, but also, will not be as soft as the all purpose flour.
So you are using the same flour that commercial business use, only it depends is if a different variety of cake or biscuit (generally more dense and hard)
