Seriously. In my line of highly specialized work, people just KISS MY @$$. Hell, I didn't even graduate highschool (high school is two words, but I love to write highschool sometimes and leave it as one word...LMAO.) Why do they all kiss my butt? What is up with that?

Why don't you come visit the real world. You arn't so important that you can't be replaced. Just get hurt or seriously sick and then see how long it takes them to move on without you. There is No One who can't be replaced and you would be supprised at how quickly too.
