I don't know if her illogical thought processes would qualify for a mental disorder, but there are some obvious logical fallacies in her statements.
Best wishes.

I think what your question should more acurately state is "Isn't that Biblicly sick?"
After some consideration of your well thought out question, I say it is not sick.
It's been a while since I've looked at my Bible, but their is the story of the good Samaritan, from Jesus himself. I think the point of that parable is that if a Jewish person doesn't help a downtroden fellow and a Samaraten does, the non-Christian is doing a Christian act. The Samaritan may not go to heaven, but Christians can learn from him.
Love thy neighbor, with all thy heart and with all thy soul.
This is very close to answering your question, but let me elaborate more.
The Bible is huge with wonderful lessons, and God has given you the free will to find the passages that can answer your question.
Finally, let me interject my personal opinion.
The subject of Heaven and hell is a divisive thing if not interpreted correctly. I'm not gonna refer to a scripture, just offer you food for thought. Your only job on tihs planet is to insure your soul is prepared to go to heaven. Jesus died for our sins, not you; Jesus is perfect, not you. Through the Holy Spirit, He will bring people into salvation. He will come down from heaven and save us all one day, His second coming anticipated, don't forget that.
My friend, with anything I say, you can find a passage in the Bible that would dimished my opinion. I read the New testament twice as a youth, theirs no need to quote scriptures, because the words are in my heart.
And guess what? if you quote the Bible, I'm sure you can find scriptures in the Bible to thwart me. But that's the devil's domain.
Did you know that in some countries, if you are a different type of Christian, then blood is frequently spilled? So you see, i don't know if you are a Catholic, Protestant, Lutheran or whatever.
To people in the United States, closure comes to many because no Religon is favored. Separation of church and state gives our citizens a sense of peace. This could be the root of your internal division. Hypotheically, if the USA were declared a Christian nation, what would we do with our non-Christian citizens? Your open mind (and heart) already has answered that question.

That goes along with my recently posted question. You should read the missing books from the Bible. There's at least a dozen books that tell pretty much the same story about who Jesus is and why he had to interfere with Satans creation.
Regarding the Bible, It was written by men, and compiled by men. They did that by excluding anything that mentiond reincarnation or anything that disagreed with the Torah. If you believe the Bible is infallible, then that would be a form of idle worship. You need to use the Bible the Quran, the lost texts of the Bible, the internet and most of all prayer to get the right answers, but if you read with your heart and conscience, you will know what's right.

NO, it's not sick, it's the truth. I do think that there is some truth to all religions but the problem is they don't hold all the truths. They've broken off and branched out because of men interpretations of the BIBLE.
But it is only through a belief in Jesus Christ and his atoning powers that we can be saved.
1first faith in the Lord Jesus Christ
2 repentance
3 baptism by immersion for the remission of sin
4 forth laying on of Hands for the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Whatever religion you choose or don't choose...hey man, they're all just different flavors of lollipop. Ya don't have ta believe in God or the devil...that's OK...that doesn't stop THEM from believing that you exist and in knowing that one day EVERYONE that has ever existed will live forever SOMEWHERE. Oh yea, bayba! So that's OK...
but as for me and my house...listen..."Jesus said unto him, I am the way, the truth and the life: no man comes unto the Father but by me." John14:6

I do not wish to make you angry, but I agree with that Christian lady. Believing on Jesus Christ is the only way to be saved, and any religion that teaches otherwise is incorrect.

It's just another circular syllogism, a logically fallacious thesis. Specifically, it's circular justification by invincible ignorance and the classical vicious circle.

No, its just sad. Have you even read the texts of any other religion? Hell, have you even read the bible from cover to cover, or do you just home in on the underlined scriptures your pastor hands out?
