sausage tettrazini it was so good and so easy to make.
precook the sausage either in oven with a little water 350 for 50 minutes turning after 25 minutes or 425 or 40 minutes turning every 20min. cook angel hair pasta as directed. in a separate bowl. you mix in 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 3/4 cup of sour cream (small tub), milk or cream. 1 whole container of Kraft Parmesan/Romano cheese, enough milk to make the sauce creamy.
any type of vegetables you like. i use either zucchini, onions, mushrooms and broccoli.
once the sausage is almost done. you combine all the ingredients together. put in casserole dish and put in oven for 425 degrees F or 20 minutes. let it sit for a good 10 minutes and dig in!!!
you can also use precooked chicken, or ham. any meat works great. even seafood or both. it's SO good!!!
