i want a mixture of both, a little naughty and rough and confident, but not controlling or dickish. cant we have the best of both worlds? but i guess every girl has to have the one bad guy. i think the whole bad guy thing boils down to intrigue of the unknown and the essence of danger(kinda like having sex wlhere you could get caught has that certain appeal)I think nice guys because we want someone to watch chick flicks with us and have the parental thumbs up and all that

Most girls prefer a guy who is confidant and has the overall feeling that like someone said above, if they were getting robbed the guy could protect them.
But at the same time the guy needs too be emotionally supportive, be a good father and all that.
I know a guy who is the motorcycle type, sarcastic macho type..but the guy is also very emotionally open so girls freakin adore him
and yes. I am jealous hahaha

Well, I have always hung out with the nice ones... Just because a guy is nice doesn't mean he is not exciting, interesting or worth knowing. Bad boys are fun but that is all they are. Nice guys are fun and loving and they stick around and treat you right...

I pity the woman who prefers the bad boy because she is destined to be lied to, physically and verbally abused, left with a gaggle of children... These women mistake agression for manliness but he is no more than an animal to me. I say that a man is one who lives with integrity and dignity, one who has his impulses under control, and protects those who he loves instead of harming them. I will always prefer the nice guy.

I like both, although part of the appeal of the bad boy is trying to tame him into a nice guy.
