If u really didn't cheat her, what to worry? Since u have explained to her again and again, but she still refuse to trust u, what's the point? Trust is the most important thing between 2 people, if she even cannot trust u on this, u better leave her for good.
If u are considering a serious relationship, she is not the choice. Just imagine, if this happen again after u start working, what will happen? Do u think u have so much time to worry on these small things? No way

allow her to express her fears about you cheating on her, listen to her intently..whatever you do DONT get mad or defensive or it will confirm her fears. keep reasurring her..offer to take her with you when you go places, let her know where you are. Just never get mad at her about it. try this for a month if she hasn't calmed down and you can't stand it anymore you may want to see a councelor for a couple sessions. Or if she doesn't mean that much to you let her go. If you really aren't cheating on her and she won't stop believing you are she will be hard to live with.

In my experience, when someone starts accusing the other of cheating, THEY are the one doing the cheating or thinking about it. Not always the case, but I'd be wary if I were you.

I agree that the ones who acuse and acuse are usually the ones with something to hide. Don't take my word on it, but if you have shown her nothing to indicate that you are cheating then maybe you should do a little investigation yourself.
