Well, my boyfriend has ADHD and is bipolar. We have been going out off and on for 10 months now. It is really starting to take a toll on me and I love him so much, but it is so hard to put up with him sometimes! We don't have money to get him medicine. Is there anything we can do to help him not freak out so easily or be super weird cuz both are kicking in???

Love is a powerful thing. Patience is even more powerful. Considering the money issue, perhaps you should try improving your patience rather than half-way fixing his mental stability. You really need to get him medicine, but until then, yoga, meditation, anything that will keep you calm will be better for you.

I suggest the best way is to see a doctor or talk to a counselor. Also talk to your family, relatives and this may be a good help to you and your boyfriend, since you can ask them for suggestions and also get some money for him because he needs medicine.

The second way is that maybe you could find a job and save the money for him. This can help him a lot

Good luck

You might want to look into local programs that supply medications at little to no cost for low income situations. Usually community hospitals have these programs. Many also provide free counseling.

no...he needs meds! discussing some of his issues with him (i.e. going through some of his paranoia/confusion) may help somewhat, but there's no substitute for meds! find a way to get them...get a higher paying job.
