What's the Silliest Religious Stereotype You've ever Heard?

I just want to know, because I've heard some real silly ones, particulary about the Eastern Religions like Buddhism and Muslim.

the stupidest ones i've heard are that all Muslims are terrorists and all pagans are devil worshipers. both are completely wrong and ignorant.

Oh, as a JW I love this one-- That since Jehovah's WItnesses don't celebrate secular holidays, their kids NEVER have presents, NEVER have fun, NEVER get to do ANYTHING !! They never have parties and never go anywhere to do fun stuff.... They aren't allowed to do fun things and they force the kids to stay indoors all the time and only sit and read the bible. That is all. Nothing else.
yeah right. Stereotypes are stupid.
Our kids probably get more presents thruoughout the year than the average american kid does, goes to more places around the country than the average kid goes to by age 17 and well, yeah, is more well versed in the Bible at 12 than most adults.
But Jehovah's Witnesses ,we do have a bad rap, but I think its because people look at what we do and not WHY we do it.
We go from door to door to promote Bible reading. We don't want to convert everyone we meet. Just get you to read your Bible more and see in it the great promises Jehovah has given us in there! There are some pretty great things written in the Bible and we just want to share them with people who possibly haven't found them yet. Along the way, we might have some great issues of the Awake! and Watchtower magazines with current informarional articles that could interest you or possibly a book that could help you study your bible, a guide to help you understand the scriptures a little better.
So , next time we knock, don't be haters, just understand our work a little more and maybe stop for a minute to hear what someone has to say that day. It might give you a little bit of cheer that day and lighten your load!

It in simple terms entertains me, yet from time to time I take issues too a procedures. i'm fantastically pleasant. I cope with all of us as an equivalent see you later as they respect me. If we grow to be enemies and they favor a conflict, I provide them a warfare. i'd nicely be positive yet have my pessimistic moments. As for the dislikes, ours are an same. even if, my admired indicators are Scorpio, Capricorn and Sagittarius (:
