I accidently bought corn flour instead of something else what can i make with this.?

Yes, it's a perfect thickening agent for gravies and sauces. But if you happen to mean corn meal, make corn bread!

Corn-flour is a great substitute for flour..especially if you're dealing with a person who suffers from celiac desease (an intolerance of wheat products).

Use corn flour as you would use regular flour.

u can thick soup or gravy wiyh these.in chinese dish u can thicken gravy with these.
