iamigloo is right! after picking 10 socks, they could all be lefties, the 11th one has to make a match.

so there is a thunderstorm and the electricity went out. well what the **** are you doing looking for socks in the dark. have you heard of a candle of flash light. anyway if it is storming there would be no need to go outside, and if it is a thunderstorm that would mean it is not cold and snowing so no need to wear socks. and since there is no power who cares what color of socks you wear no one will notice in the dark. and why arent your socks folded and why are they unrolled? Just to be safe grab them all.......or better yet usually black socks are more dressier socks and have a lighter texture then white socks. White socks are more heavier. In all honesty if this is all you have to worry about in the middle of a storm then you need to see a shrink........

Three- Worst case scenario= The first sock is white, the second sock is black, the third sock is gonna be either black or white, so she'll have a pair!

She will have to take out at least 3 socks from her drawer

11 individual socks...

if the first sock is a left feet, she needs to take another 10 more to ensure that she will at least get one right feet sock..

ignoring the colours, she will at least have one pair of socks if she were to take 11...
