First ask him if he's going to be beating women his whole life because if he doesn't respect his own sister how can he respect other women. Ask him if he plans on going to jail in the future? I had a sister who was really mean and beat us with hangers when we were sleeping, she was abusive to others her whole life and ended up in alot of trouble for her actions. Fighting is normal between siblings but being knocked out is a serious matter. If your parents can't control him then you need to speak with someone. Too many young women are getting beaten these days, I don't see this as acceptable. I have two teenager and they fight, really fight with words and yelling but they know that if one of them ever hit the other hard enough to knock the other one out, I'd be dragging them off to counseling and they would have me to deal with and believe me my bark is alot bigger than anyones bite. I hope you are okay and if you were out for at least ten minutes you need to be checked you could have a concussion. Which could lead later to headaches, blurred vision or more. You need to speak to your parents about this. If they are not around ask a friend to take you to be checked out. This is a Mother's point of view and I hope you are okay.

My brother and i got into several knock-down drag-outs, but we were always friendly, cause if we had any animosity toward each other, the fights would let us get rid of the anger, and today as well as back then, mess with one, you mess with both. The main thing is not to keep the emotions bottled up, get them out, cause if you don`t, they will fester and rot in you until no kind of relationship can be salvaged, i have seen it happen to a lot of people, don`t let that happen to you.

Stop getting into fights with your sibling. Find a way to solve your problems through calm and rational ways. You could use a different way to communicate with him/her instead of face to face, or talk to your parents about it, for example.
