Don't try too hard, keep a little distance - it never fails to get guys interested and be a nice person, don't gossip or be bitchy.Smile.

Acting uninterested and interested at the same time. Act like you just want to be friends. Usually if a guy has any interest in you and you just appear to want to be friends, it'll bother him so much that he'll be forced to make the move to show his true feelings for you. The worst fear for an interested guy is to fall in the "friend zone".

guys are attracted with a sexy female, now sexiness has a lot of variance and probable inputs.
sexiness is not that you are very beautiful or wearing designers clothes. it is all how you portray your assets to the guys, how you talk, your body language, figure of course, laugh, eat, clothing etc etc.
beauty is on the eye of beholder, what attracts me to a girl probably will seem very daft to my partner.
The best way is to ensure you PRA your body assets for the best and someone will be attracted to you, there is no ugly person in this world, all are beautiful creatures to their partners, so it is a relative thing.

be flirty, be confident guys love girls who are confident and know what they want in life and in anything. Guys are put off crying winey and unconfident girls. Start out by being a simple talkative chick at the bar, see where that leads you. Talk about what you like doing your favourite tv shows, or sport or anything. Ask him similar questions too.

Be yourself and do what you enjoy doing, if you attract a guy any other way you are always going to have to maintain the false pretenses in which you attracted him. Plus if you meet a guy doing what you like to do, like shooting pool, or swimming or whatever, then you already have something in common that you both like to do.
