trying to find regs on loss of slots/ staus. i was under the impression that your slot cannot be taken away while on a deployment. But upon my return mu home unit is switching the roster. can i be punished/loss of slot/ for going over seas. i thought your original slot was held on a freeze status until they return?

The best I can do is to direct you to the S1. They have a variety of regs, and one of them should show slots/status. HOWEVER, with the realignment, drawdown, etc, unit in realignment will be losing slots as their MTOE is changed. If your unit's MTOE is changing, your position may change as well. There is nothing, that I know of, that is going to guarantee that your old slot will be there when you get back. Sorry, but you may have to find another unit, or a higher position.

Sorry to hear about your troubles, E5, E6, and some E7's aren't worth the crap, and anything your superiors do is law. There is always a reg that counters what your superiors want. You need to be on the in-crowd. E7,E8,and E9, and until then you'll have to suck it up soldier and drive on. Hooah?
