Your about 20 pounds overweight...I had the same problem...you probably haven't experienced a growth spurt...try this diet...

The Rules:
You must drink eight 8oz. glasses of water daily (64 oz. total per day).
At any meal you may eat until you are full.
You must eat the minimum listed at each meal. (yep, this diet list the minimum you should eat).
You cannot eliminate anything from the diet. Especially the bacon at breakfast and the salads. You must eat the bacon and salads. These combinations of food burn the fat, omitting one part of the combination will cause the whole thing not to work.
The grapefruit or fruit juice is important because it acts as a catalyst that starts the burning process. Don't add or reduce the amount of grapefruit or juice.
Cut down on coffee, it affects the insulin balance that hinders the burning process. Try to limit to 1 cup at meal time.
Don't eat between meals. If you eat the suggested foods you will not get hungry.
You can fry food in butter and use butter generously on vegetables.
Do not eat desserts, breads, and white vegetables or sweet potatoes.
You may double or triple helpings of meat, salad or vegetables.
Eat until you are stuffed. The more you eat the more weight you will lose.
Stay on the diet 12 days, then stop the diet for 2 days and repeat.

u 're still a teen. I suppose ur weight is a little more than the usual, but don't worry, that has to do with the proportions and ur body type! u still have a long way to go in order ur body to be right shaped! be careful and try to eat healthier (i.e. more fruits, vegetables and not too much junk food, hamburgers and so on)! drink also a lot of water and if u want to lose weight keep away from temptations, drink alot of water and drink milk! i have read it helps in diet (2-3 glasses a day, one the morning, one after a meal and one the evening- without food).I hope I HAVE HELPED!keep going and don't worry too much!!every thing's depends on us and our will!

No sweetie. Just be healthy. Eat lots of whole grains, fruits, vegies, and limit meats. No hydrogenated vegetable oils. Honestly you're going to be just fine.

You're 14. Be a kid. Don't worry if you're too fat or too thin. Accept your body for what it is, you'll have plenty of time later to worry about it. If you think you're chunky embrace it! Curvy chicks rock. If you think you're thin then embrace that too! Thin chicks also rock. Be who you are, and have fun.

sound s like you might be a little overweight search the net for a BMI ( Body mass index) , enter your height , and weight and it will let you know where you are, based on their scale, very effective

Your fine & gorjus!! If ur happy with how you look then thats all that matters...but make sure you eat healthy and do regular exercise.
