Is there any evidence against the belief that there are purple llamas juggling chainsaws on my ceiling?

while it may certainly be possible that you see purple llamas? dancing on your ceiling, I think gravity would be the evidence that at least, they aren't juggling chainsaws. In juggling, one has to let go of the object,at which point the chainsaw would fall on your head! LMAO! YOU'RE TRIPPIN MAN!

Well, the presence of gravity, and the lack of digits, let alone digital dexterity a Llama needs to juggle would be pretty good evidence. If you're seeing them, I'd venture a guess that you've got problems other than llamas.

What I would have to say, is save your money for things that you will need later on. If pot does that to you, I'd quit ASAP, unless you like the llamas, but then your imagination might think that they dropped a chainsaw and cut ur head off...

Looks like you need to read some of the works of David Hume and other works concerning skepticism.

David Hume became famous for his attitude that induction is faulty. In other words, the patterns that you see and the things that you think you know aren't neccessarily true. In the end, you really can't know or prove anything for certain, even whether the Sun will rise in the morning or that objects always fall to the ground.

If you look up and don't see them, that is evidence.

It IS possible to "prove" a negative in many cases to a degree acceptable to most. Where you run into trouble is when you try to provide an absolute proof of a negative. What most people don't realize, is that the same can be said regarding absolute proofs of anything based on experience, positive or negative.

No I can not give you evidence as I am not looking at your ceiling. But you can get it your self by just looking up. And if you stop taking drugs they will go away.
