Doesn't she get a statement with her phone bill? One that lists all of the calls made and received? If she does, then when it comes look at it and say something to her about how much this number has been called...if you can get her to look at it, she'll figure it out without you having to spell it out. If she doesn't get a list of all the calls, though, you should tell her, because he is costing her a lot of money with his little "habit", and she has the right to know.

Honey I really didn't quite catch where you were heading with the question. But from my understanding you want to (how do the kid's say it) snitch and that is no way to go. And I tell you this because I have brothers of my own and if you tell on he/them it only draws then away from you and scared to tell you things they tell no one because of who you might tell. So don't do it just talk to him and be a ffriend and a sister to him. Trust me on this one.

No, how old are you? He's not even doing anything all that bad, he's just talking to girls. Save the parental intervention for when he's going to do something that's going to get him killed or thrown in jail.

You need to learn how to talk... If he is running up phone bills your mother will know. If not, as long as he isnt getting in trouble, or hurt, I would leave him be.
