There really is no knockoff of Nioxin. Suave has a knockoff of Tea Tree but Nioxin is to expensive and time consuming for low cost retailers to produce. Nioxin will do nothing for the breakage but it will work for hair loss and fine thin hair.

I don't know about sauve...But Pantene is great for hair breakage for all hair types.
