Ingredients

Biscuit - 24 pieces ( any plain very slightly sugared type)
Condensed milk - ½ tin (200 gm)
Cream - 1 tin (170 gm)
Drinking chocolate powder - 3 table spoon
Coconut - ½ cup

Preparation
Crush the biscuit into fine powder. Mix the powdered biscuit with
condensed milk and cream and chocolate powder - make this
into small balls (you will get nearly 35 balls). Roll them in
desiccated coconut. Arrange the balls in small colorful paper
cake cups. Ready to serve.

Chocolate Fudge Yield: 16 servings Ingredients 16 ounces cream cheese, softened 2 unsweetened chocolate squares (1ounce each) melted and cooled 1/2 cup sugar substitute (aspartame sweetener) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup chopped pecans Instructions In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sweetener and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into 8-inch square baking pan lined with foil. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 16 squares. Serve chilled.

Here is a stupid easy cake with no eggs and little mess.
Wacky Cake
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp, baking powder
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tblsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tblsp.vinegar
5 tblsp. melted butter or margarine
1 cup lukewarm water

combine dry ingredients in 8" square pan. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and bake at 350 for 30 minutes

take some flour (maida) and some egg whites beat them equally and add to bait and then add some chocolate sauce in it and pour in a glass boul after a small caramel coating inside the bowl....and set in deep freeze ....ur chocolate pudding is ready

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup chopped nuts


Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 375° F.

COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

BAKE for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

PAN COOKIE VARIATION: Grease 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan. Prepare dough as above. Spread into prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack. Makes 4 dozen bars.

SLICE AND BAKE COOKIE VARIATION:
PREPARE dough as above. Divide in half; wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Shape each half into 15-inch log; wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.* Preheat oven to 375° F. Cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices; place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.

* May be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week or in freezer for up to 8 weeks.

FOR HIGH ALTITUDE BAKING (5,200 feet): Increase flour to 2 1/2 cups. Add 2 teaspoons water with flour and reduce both granulated sugar and brown sugar to 2/3 cup each. Bake drop cookies for 8 to 10 minutes and pan cookie for 17 to 19 minutes.





Easy Toffee Candy



Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups (2 1/2 sticks) butter, divided
35 to 40 soda crackers
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 can (14 ounces) CARNATION Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/2 cups (9 ounces) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts


Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 425° F. Line 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan with heavy-duty foil.

MELT 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter in medium saucepan. Pour into prepared jelly-roll pan. Arrange crackers over butter, breaking crackers to fit empty spaces.

MELT remaining butter in same saucepan; add sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in sweetened condensed milk. Pour over crackers.

BAKE for 10 to 12 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and slightly darkened. Remove from oven; cool for 1 minute.

SPRINKLE with morsels. Let stand for 5 minutes or until morsels are shiny; spread evenly. Sprinkle with nuts; press into chocolate. Cool in pan on wire rack for 30 minutes. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. Remove foil; cut into pieces.
