well, when you buy a PC it usually has "memory" chips installed in it, as well as a "hard drive" ( hard drives are kinda like a storage where you put all your files, mp3s, programs, everything )
when you activate a program, the PC reads data from the hard drive and LOADS them into the memory for you to use
when you turn off the program, the memory is emptied..
sometimes.. your PC doesn't have enough memory for all the programs you opened, so they use VIRTUAL MEMORY for that
virtual memory means... the PC's memory borrows some of your hard drive and use it as an extension for itself ( this causes some parts of your hard drive unusable for the mean time )
CAUTION: WINDOWS VIRTUAL MEMORY TOO LOW???
means... even your hard drive is not enough

That means too many items are open at the same time. Try closing down things you don't need. Also, closed down items in your Quick Start menu (those program icons in the bottom right of your screen) The quick start programs are actually running--if you don't need them, right click and close them down one at a time.

also, restart your computer, becuase every time you start a program, it used up some of the virtual memory. Restarting it refreshes the amount of virtual memory you have

You must have your virtual memory( also known as Pagging File) which must be 1.5 times of RAM. This memory must be used from your hard drive which used as DMA for your peripheral devices.
