Depends on your motive. If you do 'good' things for gain (approval from your 'god'), then you aren't actually doing 'good things for others' but selfishly trying to help yourself in the long run.
You may have chosen for something negative to help you in this lifetime pre-birth to help your growth that will occur no matter what your behavior.

Doing good is a great way to treat other people. Those that do good for others have a high degree of satisfaction and fulfillment in their lives. Doing good also will help make more friends. We should all do good things and therefore create a better world for all of us.
Bad things happen. Bad things happen to all people. But if you live your life right and do good, less bad things will happen because you'll be making better choices. When a bad thing does happen to you, you'll have friends and support there to help you because you've been doing good and helping them.

No such thing as karma. But for definition purposes karma would only affect the next life not this one. As I said though there is no such thing as karma. However the Bible teaches two things relevant to your question. One is the sun shines and it rains on the good and the bad people of the world. So good and bad things happen to good and bad people. Second you reap what you sow. If you do something good you reap positive consequences. If you do something stupid you reap negative consequences.

It all come back in the end. It is better to do good things but that doesn't mean that your life will be perfect. Just think if you had a perfect life what would you learn.

If you have a perfect life you have no karma. There is no good or bad. It just is as it is.

"I believe I will go to heaven because I live by the Golden Rule."
Much of the world knows the Golden Rule simply as "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" (see Luke 6:31). According to this verse, if we can live by this rule and love our neighbor as much as we love ourselves, we fulfill the Law. Ask those who claim to do this if they have ever lied, stolen, hated, or looked with lust. If they have broken any of these Commandments, then they haven’t loved those they have lied to, stolen from, etc. This will show them that they have violated the Golden Rule. They are under God’s wrath (John 3:36), desperately needing the Savior's cleansing blood.

it doesn't matter as long as god has it in his hands being good doesn't really matter because no one can have a perfect life as long as you believe in god and that he dies for all the bad we do as in sins past present and future you will have as perfect life as you could possible but don't abuse the power dint sin just because he forgives you already he knows every thing and will hold you accountable

a million. define appropriate. if I say I have been given a "appropriate" score on a attempt, this implies I have been given a one hundred, no longer that the attempt paper has a severe degree of symmetry. 2. why might that's troublesome for God's creations to be extra "complicated" than he's?
