This is kind of embarassing, but

If a girl uses douche does that make her "taste" better?

To douche is bad in the first place...is disrupts your natural bacteria in your vagina which can lead to a yeast infection...which doesn't taste good at all, lol.
If you're really "worried" about it, I would just wipe that area with a damp cloth...but I frankly wouldn't worry about it. Most men like the taste of a woman...now I don't mean dirty, but just the all natural you.
Oh, and also douching will dry you out, which will make the oral sensation not as "exciting" as it should be. But all in all, don't worry about it...as long as you're "clean", you'll taste just fine.

Since you're asking this question, I'm assuming that you have the idea that you "need to taste better". This makes me wonder if you may have an infection you should be checking out.

Skip the douching - it strips away the natural bacteria, and leads to yeast infection. Just wash and rinse well with un-perfumed soaps (I use Dove unscented).

Also - what you eat can affect your taste. I hear that celery is a flavor enhancer...but, this may be a bunch of bunk.

Please don't use douches. Any doctor will tell you that - it's insane to put chemicals into your vagina. You are messing with a part of your body that is very delicate and easily opened to infections or worse.

As a previous person said, having a bath and washing yourself as normal before is definitely the best thing to do if you are anxious.

Any guy who prefers women to use douches should consider purchasing a realistic blow-up doll - just like a woman, without the embarassing side effects of her being alive! Imagine that...

Look, if your b/f's telling you you need to douche because you taste nasty, you need to ditch him. He's an ****. There men out there that LOVE to do this as long as you've just followed ordinary hygeine and don't reek. Douching actually increases your chances of getting a yeast infection. You should never date or sleep with somebody who makes you feel like less of a person. Go for the guys who make you feel like you could rule the world.

No since douching rinses away some of the normal balance of bacteria and inner skin that is present within the vagina. It's the yeast that produce a scent that is sometimes referred to as rotten fish. Yeast infections can be cured with medicine from your doctor.

Every woman tastes different since they eat different foods, different amounts of moisture on the skin, different hormone levels, different stage of their period, different age...
When a woman is aroused sexually she will secrete a clear liquid from her genitals for lubrication. It is this secretion that is referred to as the "taste" of the woman that the partner encounters during oral sex.

I am not advocating douching as it changes the amount of bacteria in the vagina and this can result in infections and other complications that are far more serious.

Seems like there are quite a variety of answers here..I begin to wonder what some of these gals would do to increase the acidity of the vagina, to prevent a yeast infection. The secretion of the vagina retains its odor even with a douche, prior to contact.

Depends on your definition of "taste". I don't know about you but there are certain times when I completely forget about everything else but what I am doing at the moment; including my sense of taste!!!!!!!!!!
