Ah yes, I had high does chemo/stem cell transplant last month and I've been fighting with my counts. I've found that just eating a balanced diet, drinking lots of water and doing 30 minutes a day on the treadmill have helped bring my counts up. Last week my WBC was at 5.3 and a month ago it was at 0.1 and I was living in hospital isolation, so I'm doing something right. :)

Foods don't have anything to do with the White Blood Cells. If a person has a high WBC; it is a sign of an infection somewhere in the body.

The best food to increase your WBC is white beets, red is ok too. It may not work as fast as 2 days, but white beets is definately the best for this situation.

I don't think there are actually any foods that increase your count. I know stress kills white blood cells. So....try to relax the next couple of days.
