you shouldn't try to ask her out or make a move on her!! she has a boyfriend! don't ruin a relationship for selfish reasons, especially if she's happy

The best and only thing that you should do is talk to her. If there is any chance with the two of you it would be best asking to her. If things are shy and your not sure of how to approach the subject try asking questions in scenario form. Like "if there was ever a guy that could steal you away from your bf then would you leave him?" and if at that point things look hopeful then try being more direct. Make it so she is comfortable. What can you loose? You can only gain. Good luck!!!

First, it is usually safest to assume a girl is either monogamous or thinks she must be. This is due to the importance of knowing who the father is if she should get pregnant, but is built into the culture whether she is having sex or not. So a girl who already has a boyfriend is not supposed to let on she's interested. And also, if she is interested, it is usually for having a fall-back position in case something goes wrong with the current relationship. Or to be blunt, to keep you dangling as a spare tire.
Should it be otherwise? Should she give him up in order to take up with you? But then you could not trust her sense of loyalty. She might then quit you in order to take up with the next one. It is better this way, since it is just too rare for a young woman to be openly non-monogamous and escape being treated as anything other than a [word I'm surprised got censored. Well, then a "bad girl"].
So decide whether you can accept that spare tire position. If so, let her know that you understand this situation, and offer yourself as her "cavalier," in terms of the art of chivalry. Be her friend who, it is understood, is willing to be more than just a friend if permitted. Hang out with her, talk to her, do things for her, but be respectful so that she does not have to risk her relationship with her boyfriend to be nice to you. And don't expect for her to be more.
Does all this sound unfair to you? Then don't waste your time on a girl who already has a boyfriend.

Well this is my opinion but if she always smile at you, look at you in special ways! Everyone has a look when they like someone! Maybe u should get her alone and really talk to her and ask her but don't tell her how u feel until she tells you sumthing positive on how she feel about you! Then again she maybe shy but if she say sumthin and she looks at u in special ways then you know she likes u!

Normaly it is rude to move in on a relationship unless you think there is something wrong with the relationship in that case it will end on its own.
As for the signs for her likeing you it will vary. But you can normaly tell. She will want to talk to you a lot. Or she can be shy of you. So its hard to tell. Even if there relationship is rocky its not nice to step in until is over.

The question you should be asking is if you want a girlfriend who would be with one guy while being interested in another. If she breaks up with her boyfriend to be with you or expresses an interest in you while having a boyfriend, what does that say about her character? Or you character for trying to make her leave her boyfriend? I'd say just leave it alone.

i really do not know how old you are but if anyone is already is dating someone and they are looking to go out with someone else at the same time take my advice and just go on, find some else with no bf.

Well its happen many times that when a girl has a b.f they somewhere do have some feelings for the one who admire her or likes her....Just be friend with her and try to solves her problems..(NOW DON'T INTERFERE IN HER PRIVATE LIFE..COZ GIRLS HATE THAT...) and then whenever she will have problems in life she will try to tell you and will like to...as you are her solutions..but try also to be close to her..not that much that she start to feel bored with u....when she will start liking you try to avoid her a bit she will find herself confused and might even fall in love with you....but beware don't tell her your feelings in the beginning,she must only knows that you admire her....and and I won't tell u more....your heart will tell u wat 2 do...

If she has a boyfriend, MOVE ON. There are plenty of other girls out there that are available for you. Quit looking at unavailable girls--the reason you're attracted to this one is because you can't have her.

the best you can do now is be a good (normal) friend. so that IF they every break up then you have a chance.
but don't out rightly ask her if she likes you now. she might think you a creap and stay away from you.
