What you do is this:
Stand at one end of a long room. Have your mate stand at the other end. Let him take a run up, and really get some speed up, and take a running kick straight in to your knackers.
I guarantee, you will totally forget about your hangover.

Man! All these are wrong and unhealthy. First of all, don't try the 'hair of the dog' treatment. Your body is dehydrated-that is what causes a hangover in the first place-it may feel relief for 20minutes but it will delay the overall time it takes to get better. Secondly, don't take pills! Your liver and kidneys are hard enough at work processing the overload of booze, more chemicals really puts a strain on them. Aspirin and Tylenol, even without a hangover, puts stress on the kidneys. Also, don't try to 'chug' water before bed. It just backs you up. Take moderate amounts but not too much. The stomach and digestive system works best when it is empty. If you drink too much you just have to face the fact that you will be hungover and that all you can do is slowly consume moderate amounts of water the next morning while slowly in-taking food as viable (if you are not going to puke). On the other hand, like most things, prevention is best. A couple days of superior hydration will ween off any hangover. If I know I'm going to get trashed Friday night I start doubling my water intake from the Tuesday prior. This, along with well balanced foods will protect you. Also, try to pace drinks one and hour and eat in between. Be careful. Hangover suck.

Drink more often, build up your tolerance... and know your limits. When you start to feel 'drunk', lay off the beer and grab a coke or something, you can always go back to the beer later when you've levelled out. If you do this you'll learn to 'drink' rather than to 'get drunk'.
Find 'your drink' and stick to it, ie. the one that you enjoy and it's hangover effects are minimal. I drink Stella and regularly get up the following morning feeling fine, if I drink Brown Ale I feel like death even though it's lower in alcohol.
When you wake up the next morning, take a long soak in the bath... it will refresh you and your body will absorb water to re-hydrate.
Eat food, even if you feel sick... your body will be starved of nutrients, it needs them for you to start feeling better. Get a proper full English breakfast down you... centuries of drinking in England perfected the use of a fried breakfast... and it really will make you feel better.
Get up and about and start moving around... If you lay around in bed all day you'll feel terrible... if you get up and do 'something' you'll sweat out all the toxins. Hard manual labour is a great cure for hangovers... why do you think builders can get back down the pub by 11am each morning?
Failing all that, screw your kidneys and force a pint of vodka and coke down you with two Ibuprofens... always a good one if you need to start drinking again soon.

Take a high-dose B-complex capsule (at least 50 mg of each of the main B-vitamins, plus large doses of the others), two aspirins, and something to settle your stomach--which would be either Coca Cola Classic or ginger ale.
If you do this sort of thing a lot (which I don't recommend!), then be sure to buy yourself a bottle of milk thistle herb for your liver, and take the recommended dose on the bottle every day. Also, drinking depletes your B vitamins, so be sure to dose yourself with a good multi-vitamin every day, and maybe take some extra B-complex, as well. Recent research has also shown that drinking lots of coffee is good for your liver, so if you like coffee, then go for it.

As someone said, alcohol depletes your B + C vitamins. TakeBuzz is a natural product high in these vitamins which is taken before drinking and prevents the hangover in the first place. E-mail me for more info

This sounds really stupid but get a lemon and cut it in half and stick it under your arm pit for about 5 mins. There is something in it that absorbs into your body and your hangover will be gone in about 3-4 hours maybe sooner.

Don't drink. Failing that make sure you drink plenty of fluids with your booze. Hangovers are caused by dehydration. If you can't do this then make up for it in the morning. It won't stop the hangover straight away but it won't last as long.

Enough is enough.... This question is getting too frequent....
people dont think twice before they drink and the next day when they wake up with a hangover they blame the poor booze for it....
For the love of alcohol.... please do not over do it the next time you drink and you will have no reasons too complain of a hang over...
respect booze and it will respect you.... no cure is good enough if you are down with the worst of hangovers... "PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE"
