If you're question is to determine why your liver enzymes are so low, then I wouldn't worry too much. The only thing that could cause that is your diet, malnutrition and dieting.

If you are looking to lower them, well you have to determine why they are elevated in the first place. Higher than normal levels of liver enzymes are indicators of a damaged liver. You could have eaten or drunk something (like alcohol) that damaged it, or you might have a more serious disease. Only a medical professional can determine this.

Basically, there's nothing you can do to directly influence liver enzymes. Finding out what the problem is that causing the changes in liver enzymes is the key.

Generally avoiding alcohol and drugs can reduce the enzymes to normal levels. Even Tylenol given with use of alcohol can increase the level of the enzymes. It depends also the underlying cause. Cirrhosis of the liver, liver cancer are also causes. Hope things are well.

I had low liver enzymes once and my doctor said it was from too much dieting. I don't know what other causes may be.
