Depending on how loud the music is, yes. If the decibel level is over 80, chronic exposure will damage your hearing. If you do it once, obviously your chances are less than if you blast your headphones 8 hours a day every day.

If you notice any tinnitus (consistent ringing in your ears) that's a sign that your hearing is being impaired. If this occurs, see a doctor.

Maybe hearing loss.
I'd say, if anything, it would make you feel better. Studies have shown that music lifts your mood.
