Just be honest and say you tried to kill yourself!!!! You can't just overdose on it, unless you were aware of how many you took; bottle tells you what limit is!
You better go to the hospital to get yourself checked out.

u feel sick cause its all caked up in your stomach, why the hell would you take 10??? 2 is sufficient, if that's your thing....your not gonna die just drink plenty of water and call poison control only because its very unnerving to hear all this liver damage talk, better to be safe.
---------5 minutes after i answered you....
Katie, i just seen the 4 or 5 ?s u have asked since you signed up, and all but 1 have to do with suicide, overdose, feeling down and not understanding your feelings.LISTEN TO ME SWEETIE, you are going through a depression, i don't know your situation but i know enough about spiraling down into a hole so dark u can't see a light, i know enough about feeling like life is too exausting to live that death seems like a relief, and i have gone so far as to attempt 3 suicides, 1razor right down the front and sides of my wrists, and two herion& pill overdoses..FORTUNATELY i was found all 3 times so i have to believe there is a reason for me to be here. katie i am being so brutally honest with you because i want u to understand u are not the only one to ever feel this way, and you won't be the last, but you cannot go on like this because it does not go away if you ignore it, it doesnt get better, it only gets worse A LOT WORSE i would not want to see you there, i wouldnt wish that on anyone, so full of pain that you feel numb? does any of this hit home? It is a downward spiral. and its impossible to get through alone, especially because u don't know exactly whats causing u to feel this way, it can be life stress, a trauma, or chemical imbalance which happened to b the case with me, so until i addressed it i was paralized. Im not going to lie to you, life sucks sometimes, and yeah im not always happy now, but who is?? you need to take the first step and find someone u can trust to talk to, or go make an appointment to see a psychologist, not even a psychiatrist yet if your not ready. But you do need to talk to somebody, keeping it in , turns u into a pressure cooker and the end result is what i told u. you may not be as lucky as i was, but you have to believe u have a reason to be here, to find something that makes you feel something good, anything...i write, i write a lot, my thoughts, my anger my saddness, my rage , my confusion...it helps, but you NEED to go to someone and start letting it out you might find that alone will do you a world of good, but isolating yourself on this faceless site popping up here and there asking about pills and 911 is showing me that this illness has got u by the throat, you need to get a hold of it somewhere somehow. IT DOES GET BETTER

Yes, Tylenol (acetaminophen) is toxic to the liver in high doses. What to do depends on the dosage of each pill. You do not need to go to the emergency room immediately but you should call your local poison control center, tell them EXACTLY which variety of Tylenol you took and how much of it, and they will advise you further. Do not make yourself vomit. If you have activated charcoal around you can drink one dose of it. Activated charcoal will help stop your body from absorbing all the acetaminophen. And lastly, TELL SOMEONE what happened, so that you have some physical and mental help if you continue to feel sick.
Hope this helps - feel better.

Not a good idea-you need to tell someone NOW before your liver shuts down. Tylenol is hepatotoxic, which means toxic to the liver, if too much is taken. You could end up sick the rest of your life,or dead. If that's the result you wanted, get some help. But you need to get your stomach pumped or get charcoal to absorb it from the ER immediately.

The sooner you act the better if you suspect any overdose.
Call the National Poison Control Center at 1-800-222-1222, or call 911.
Acetominophen overdoses may cause serious liver and kidney problems, seek medical attention as quickly as possible.

Well that was pretty stupid. Did you learn anything? You probably need your stomach pumped. Tylenol can cause serious stomach bleeding. You need to go to the doctor and never do that again. You are supposed to drink a full glass of water with just one pill. You better tell your parents.

The people saying you didn't overdose, or that you don't need to do anything are STUPID!!!!
You need to go to the ER NOW!!! I did this 5 years ago. If you don't, your liver will shut down. You might die. You might not be allowed to have a liver transplant if you wait (they'll consider it attempted suicide and they don't transplant on psyc patients). I went through it all. Tell the physician you think that they should administer a medication called Mucamist. (It smells and tastes like crap, but it'll save your life if your liver is going into failure).
Go to the hospital NOW.

Drink lots of water to flush it from your system, and contact the posin control center. They will have better suggestions. Also, please avoid acedomenaphyn (or however its spelled), the active ingredient in tylenol for a while. Recent studies have shown that it can do significant damage to your liver. You shouldn't drink, alchol, either. And, please, tell your parents... it will be better.
And, if you plan to make yourself throw up, try a tounge depresser, rather than your finger. It really hurts when you scratch the back of your throat with your nail...

Call poison control RIGHT NOW. 1 800 222-1222
And I've read your history of questions. You're depressed. Get help. You don't have to tell your parents. You said you just started college, so go to the counseling center there. It's totally confidential and should be free.
Get help before the next time you try to OD.
Write me anytime and I will try to help you more.

PLEASE go tell your parents immediately what you've told us. You liver could fail and you could end up very sick or dead. Never take 10 Tylenol as that's a death wish. Go now and tell them. I'm also notifying the owners of this site about your question so they can alert your parents that you could be in danger.
