I'm trying to figure out if they are frauds.

Yes I have... and they are frauds that to big ones.... once they take your bank details or card details they take out directly $500 - $1500...... and no one is able to trace them or get the amount back... they just fool people by listing so cheap IPods... by which people get attracted... so best way is to never go on their site ... they are frauds... and have nothing to offer...

I've not found anything bad about them reported on various sites such as siteadvisor.com

Upon going through the checkout process, they do use a secured server with an authenticate certificate issued to them that is completely legit. So I doubt there is any problem with them.

Well they are hosted in the US, maybe the company itself is also in the US. So you should go to the Better Business Bureau of their state and check it out
