I'm so tired of the ups and downs of being in lust with a person who you work with and find so dang fine. Especially when he does crazy stunts like this of flirting in the restroom with gay men while everyone else thinks that he has no interest in men is that crazy or what. I cant find myself to think that I find this person so irrisistible and feel like we have some sort of bond which actually we don't but I can't help to feel jelous of other men who come around just to look and check out my wannabe man.

May be you can tell your friend about your inner feeling. You feel jealous when he flirt to other guys. And you should try to understand her more.
Do he just play around with flirting with other men? If so, he is not gay.
Do he really interested in men more than women? If so, he may be gay or bi-sexual
Do he likes you and willing to change? If so, he likes you more and won't be a gay.
Do he the bi-sexual type? If so, no wonder he likes you and also flirt other guys.
I think after you know him and his preference, then you can make a good decision on his relationship
