i just got mine last monday and on a scale i say 3....while its happening it doesnt hurt at all you just feel a pinch..if you have your nose pierced then the nose piercing hurts more because its cartilage..the belly button is just skin...but afterwards it is a little sore but it doesnt hurt at all...so if your gonna get it go for it.

When I got mine done, I would put it at about a 5. It definitely pinches but it's over so fast, you don't even think about it. Totally worth doing (as long as your navel is shaped to accommodate a piercing).

2....i think it hurt worse to get ears pierced!The nose doesnt hurt as bad as your ears either....good luck

about a 3. you hardly feel anything but it's sore about an hour or two afterward. just dont pull it

like four it doesn.t really hurt it just feals kind of sore afterwards

yeah i'd say 3...n that's just right then...after, if you take care of it (use anti-bacterial soap) you shouldn't have any problems at all.
