Have any home remedies or treatments for acid reflux disease?

if its just heartburn then a big spoonful of baking soda washed down with water. gone in 10 minutes. but i think acid reflux is something chronic and should be looked at by a doctor.

Lose weight. It helped me. And don't eat spicy food or too much fruit.

my sister has that.... the doctor gave her pills and it took it away! :) when she wasnt on the pills she would take something like tums or something for heartburn and it would take it away... but go se your dr...
