I think we all love to eat. But there is still confusion as to how much is too much. You can eat whatever you want, provided a balance is striked between gaining and losing the amount of calories consumed. Eat small proportions of food at small intervals. Say, 5-7 small portions a day. This will help supress the urge to eat more. And when you think you are overeating, remind yourself that there is another meal next for which you have to keep your stomach ready. If, at times, you think that you have consumed more than the required amount of calories, work it out to lose the excess. You can go in for swimming, skipping, jogging or even yoga that will help you to shed extra pounds. It is advisable to avoid fried or oily foods that can shoot up your weight.

Go for a check up at the doctors office. Make sure nothing is really wrong. If everything is in check there, talk with your parents They can help you decide if your eating because of a condition or something. A lot of people eat when their stressed, depressed, or nervous. Talk to them and see what they think about it. If they feel something is wrong, they should know what to do next and guide you from there.

Your probably eating because your bored.
When you think of food try to do something else, like go for a walk. It can become a very big problem if you are overweight. Then massive surgery can be done, like stomach surgery. But thats in extreme cases. Just try to take your mind off of food. And if you must eat when your already full, munch on fruit like strawberries or apples.

If you can't stop eating certain foods, you could have a food addiction. In that case, you might be interested in Overeaters Anonymous or Food Addicts Anonymous meetings, which are patterned after the Alcoholic Anonymous 12 Step Program of Recovery. These programs will teach you how to live your life without needing excess food!

You need to seek professional help. This is not the place to seek help for health care that can affect your life. An eatiing disorder can easily be diagnosed, but your doctor must know about it. Run, don't walk, to your doctor and tell him/her what you told all of us. You obviously have a deep emotional problem to stress you out so bad that the only thing in life you can control is what you eat. But that can ruin your self-esteem, let alone your life. Get professional help fast!

When you feel like you need to eat a big meal, maybe go for something a little lighter like a salad or some fruit. There is nothing wrong with eating alot. I love to eat! But it is not right to be glutenous( i think i spelled it wrong).
Or you may feel like you need something to fill you up maybe not in the literal way, but maybe you feel empty inside. Pray about it..... to God. He will help you over come anything.

it does sound like something is on your mind. if that is the case- instead of eating more- drink a glass of water and go walk around the block really fast..
another thing i would do to stop me from eating was to brush my teeth and since i wanted my teeth to stay clean- i wouldn't eat.
different tricks work for different people but the main thing will be to find a way to distract yourself from eating.

you are an over eater. there must be some issue in your life that you are using food as a substitue for. Maybe seeing a therapist will help. If you don't do something you will make yourself miserable.
i hope you find the answers you need.
