I have fantasized about a few of my friends, but it wouldn't bother me much if they knew, for all I know they feel the same way.

It might be awkward to know about if I didn't feel that way, but I would probably just take it as a compliment. I wouldn't really care.

There is no way to know without asking them and then they most likley wont tell you the truth and yes I think most girls have and they would most likley not want them to know.
