Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

It depends on how overweight you are. if you are not overweight you will lose weight, but a lot of it will be muscle, so you will end up being more flabby than you were before you started when you go back to eating.

I am guessing you are trying to lose weight really fast. There are ways to lose weight fast, but you can't completely cut out eating. Did you ever see the show "the biggest loser?" Those guys lost 100 pounds in 2 months, and they ate 1200 calories a day. They did a lot of aerobic exercise and strength training to keep their muscle mass. You really need to educate yourself if you want to lose a lot of weight. Losing weight is really hard, and keeping it off is almost impossible if you are not well informed about diet, nutrition and exercise.

well...just stop eating whenever. you will lose a lot of weight, it depends on how long you fast for, but right when you start eating again you will gain it all back plus some. Fasting is not good for your body. Try losing weight the healthy way by exercises and a reasonable diet.

You really should only fast if ordered by your doctor (for a fasting blood sugar, etc.) You will not only lose only fat, but muscle tone and necessary weight as well. Your bone density can decrease making you more at risk for fractures, you'll be tired all the time and if it continues long enough your organs can fail. The healthiest thing would be to cut back on cals and exercise; if you plan on fasting for a long time you might as well be anorexic. Check your diet instead and modify it, don't eliminate it.

You start a fasting diet by seeing a medical doctor first. Be careful that you don't miss out in some the the important nutrients that your body needs. For example, your heart needs the important element Potassium in certain foods, and if you don't have enough, you might go into heart failure. That's what happen to Karen Carpenter, one great singer.

time is differ for each person. fasting consists of not eating something that might be causeing the weight gain. you still have to eat. yomust burn more calories than you take in thttat is how you lose weight. if you eat 1000 calories then you need to work out and lose 1100. ex. drink lots and lots of water. fruit and veggies are natrual dietretics.

This will sound corny but start Atkins...i have to admit I have never red the book. But I have been trying to do NO carbs to lose weight before a breast reduction surgery...I have found that I am soooo tired of eating meat and cheese that I tend to eat nothing at all...You have to be seriously committed though! My motivation is I do not want my stomache to be bigger than my boobs after surgery (lol)..but I had to watch my kids eat pizza last night....

fasting for 3 days on water, you will only lose water since that is alot of wieght to begin with, in order to really lose wieght you can fast 3 days to feel better with the water reduction, but you have to eat to burn real fat and excercise and within about 2 weeks you will then notice your wieght going down and it will continue if you keep calories under 1,200 a day

Losing weight through fasting is temporary and dangerous. As soon as you drop fasting, the weight will come back FAST. And if you don't drop it, you'll die. It becomes a sickness and you'll look emaceated, which is never attractive.

I suggest you cut out soda, non-whole wheat bread, high fat foods and condoments and walk!

Straightaway after I see that I am over weight. I maintain strict eating habit and do regular exercises. Fasting only won't solve problems of overweight, your eating habit and lifestyle should be changed as well.
