First of all he is older than you, but you knew that when you hooked up with him. If I were you I would just come clean and just ask him if he has a problem with me when it comes to sex, if he says no than the next question would be what the hell is going on,and will there be a change in the near future, because if not its time for you to move on, you do have your needs that need to be met. but let him know if there isnt a change soon your out of there, or he is out which ever the case my be. just be honest with him.

Some men,as they age, have a little trouble becoming arroused. This is nothing to worry about. With a little extra stimulation (oral, hands, get creative) on a regular basis he should come around.
