Sheesh. Well, depending on your age as well as your height, 150 would start being overweight for you. You have nothing to worry about.

Here's a chart showing acceptable weight based on your bone structure. Even if you have a small frame, at 120 you're perfect. With larger bones you're underweight. Also, normal varies with age. You're generally allowed a few extra pounds as you age.

Height
Small Frame
Medium Frame
Large Frame

5'4"
114-127
124-138
134-151

Nope. Type in BMI calculator on the Internet. It will ask for your weight, age, sex and height. BMI is your body mass index. The site will tell you if you are overweight. I am about the same size as you, maybe a little taller, and 148 is not overweight for me.

you shouldn't put so much into the weight part...all bodies are built differently. 120 is definitely not over weight for 5'4. I think some ppl that are 5'4 can go as high as 140 but after that could be considered heavy.

A 13 year old lady who's one hundred twenty kilos and is 5 ft and 5 inches tall has a body mass index of 20.0, it really is on the sixty fifth percentile, and would aspect out a wholesome weight.

No, you're not fat. The best estimate for determining body fat ratios is BMI. Your BMI is 20.6.

Less than 18.5: Underweight
18.5 - 24.8: Normal
25.0 - 29.9: Overweight
30.0 and above: Obese

According to the BMI calculator I use, you would have to weight at least 146 pounds at 5'4" to be considered "overweight"
