Well, if you are a teenager, chances are that you may not actually be bi for life, so there's no point in telling her at all right now. You could just be going through and experimental stage or something. Wait a few years and if you feel the same, just tell her, if you feel you need to. Personally, I don't think that's the kind of thing that my mother needs to know.

I would not jump the gun right now. Being a teenager is very hard and most teenagers these days go thru it and not all of them tell their parents. I have a friend who is 30 and he is still that way. He waited till he was in his early 20's to tell his mother who accepted it and his father who dis-owned him. So, personally if it were me, I would wait for now.

tough job!! but before u tel ur mom , ask urself " m i really bi ?"
or its peer pressure or may be a sense of adventure. if ur very sure then go to ur mom. u will have to put it str8 to her. expect her to be shocked!! she will probably ask u the same question i did. may be ask u to conslt a counsellor. i would advice u to do so too, just for her satisfaction. if ur really sure about being a bi, then go ahead .

Unless you get in a serious relationship with the same sex, there is no need to tell her right now.

Just tell her. She'll be hurt at first but she'll really be hurt if she finds out some other way. You're her son, she loves you, and she'll come to grips with it. Tell her and then ride the storm out together.

when the time is right, you'll be able to tell her. But, be sure to tell before getting caught in a compromising position with someone.

That's the kind of news a mother would rather not hear.

Tell her, mom - I like taco, not sausage!

(Or vice versa, which ever works for you)
