You people annoy me to no end. You act like you can just "not allow yourself" to be moody and miserable. HELLO. There is a thing called hormones. You are insulting me. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr...............

Hopefully I would have at least one friend I could talk to honestly about it. That can help destress the situation.

Quiet times of prayer, meditation and deep breathing would help.

I'd also watch Groundhog Day, What About Bob, The Pacifier, etc... Humor is the best anti-grump medicine sometimes.

I would be moody and miserable. Why would I try to change how I feel? Every emotion is as necessary as the other. How can we enjoy being happy if we don't have depression to compare it to?

if you were destined to be moody and extremely miserable, you hire someone to come in and sit with you to take care of your moody and extremely miserable self until you leave this earth...and you'll leave knowing at least there was some good in this world, and maybe you'll be smiling knowing that finally i met someone that could be nice to me, even through my pain.

Wouldn't happen......I wouldn't allow myself to be moody and miserable.......
I am rarely like that now,so why change.......
Life is really too short anyways......
My God,I can only imagine the stupid things I would do and get away with......
Would be a whole lot fun,I tell you......

I would stop being miserable and moody. That is not how I would want people to remember me.

Hi! I'd go to my local temple and have the priest bless me repeatedly until I felt better. If his prayer was worth a grain of salt, I'd feel better in no time.

ATTITUDE plain and simple. It's what makes the world go around for BETTER or worse. Life is what you make of it whether your time is limited or not. You can choose to make it the most meaningful or you can lay down and just die.

I would go and spend all my money on pot and go up into some isolated and quiet place and smoke until I was either passing out or so high that I couldn't remember what I was doing.

Of course that's me.
