Try the feauxhawk...it's a regular mens cut with some length and tapered in the middle so he can style it like a modern mohawk or spikey or messy...

oooh...i love the greeser look...it is so hott on the right guy. i am also very into surfer hair. my boyfriend has the greatest surfer hair that is long and dark brown. it goes over to the side (there is no part) and it goes down to his eyes (but not covering them...good thing- his eyes are great) and it goes past his neck in the back.
just say no to mullets and crew cuts and you should be safe.
p.s. sorry to keep talking about my gorgeous boyfriend-he just has great hair...i like to brag

generally short is good, but not so short you can see skin.
