can you love a cat too much. can it be possable to love a cat too much if you like liss it and hug it is there somthing wroung with loveing a cat like this. ???????? should i change the way i love this cat?

NO WAY!! There is ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING wrong with loving you cat as much as you do. I have a dog and she is my baby. I don't have kids, but i feel like she is my child. I hug her and kiss her and treat her like a person. I definitley don't think you need to change the way you love your cat! There's really nothing wrong with having a strong love for something you care about.

For how you love your cat, you only need to change if the cat complains.

Well, it just depends, giving your love to your cat is a good thing, they need love, but the more you love it the more it hurts when the cat is gone, and i think there is an unhealthy amount, which my ex would have reached with her dog, she loved it more than me, she told me if she had to choose between her dog and me, it would be her dog, now there is something wrong with that, and i don't mean like if i asked her to get rid of it, but like, if she had to choose her dogs life over mine....she'd choose the dogs

Honey, if you think maybe you love your cat too much, in possibly unatural or unhealthy ways, you might want to re-think your approach. But if you truly love your cat, and no one's hiding in the bushes with a straightjacket, then you are just as normal as the rest of us. Meow, baby!

You can never love a cat too much! I wish there were more people like you that give their cats attention and love .
I love my cat like he is my son. And I never refer to my cat as my "pet". He is my best friend and family.

well i found someone with habits similar to mine. there is nothing wrong in hugging or kissing unless the cat likes it. my cats enjoy this kind of attention. what about yours?
