are you in poor health? what are the benefits of aerobic excercising and the negatives if you don't do it?

Well, you can be in great muscular condition, but you really should do cardio at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Cardiovascular health is just as important -- and it will help you improve your muscular strength, too. One type of exercise without the other is not ideal.

THis is still good exercise for you...probably better if you did aerobics as well....but weight bearing activities are good for you.
