I mean it's only a theory, and it's not even complete. Anyone who believes those liar scientists is being fooled by Satan. God is what keeps us on the Earth, not some magical force. I mean where is the proof? Isaac Newton even recanted his incomplete theory on his deathbed.

I agree, God is holding us down.

Isaac just discovered something that God created. Men tend to reason with things they don't understand and so far Newton has the best explaination as to why things fall down on earth. Give the man a break and accept his theory. Plenty of people accepted God in their lives even though they thought there was no such man and look at the joy God brought into their lives. If you are a real believer, you wouldn't judge anyone, not to mention one of the most brilliant man in the history of the world.

I believe in God but He doesn't hold us on earth. That just doesn't make sense. Why would he? Gravity is a perfectly understandable and logical rule. It applies to everything. If a planet has an atmosphere, it has gravity. Thats how all the planets revolve around the sun. Gravitational force. Its one of the key facts of life. If we didnt have it all the planets would fall out of orbit and we would be dead in a matter of seconds. Now god did MAKE gravity because he doesn't want us floating into space and freezing to death. The notion that God is keeping us down is preposterous really.

"Isaac Newton even recanted his incomplete theory on his deathbed."

Funny -- but it wasn't in Newton's nature to recant anything.

But it is interestng that it turned out that Newton was wrong. Einstein sure showed him, eh?

Still -- he did a great job on the Calculus.

All science is from God. Thus, all science is good. But man has to muck things up, so all the bad crap that happens because of the misuse of Science is mans fault not God's

Gravity is a fact. Except in Austrailia where they have to be tied down to keep from falling off the bottom of the world At Least that is what I heared

Gravity is just a word.Whether you believe that God keeps us on Earth, or that two masses attract each other, it is still some force which pulls us down. That is called the force of gravity.

All we know is that we dont go flying off, so, at least part of the theory is right. It used to be believed not to long ago that we were pushed down to the Earth, now we are pulled in? Something of that nature.. but bees and hummingbirds defy the laws of gravity so we know there's more to it than science can figure out.

What a heavy question to weigh your immortal soul on. Despite your foolish rambling, how do you explain the other laws of physics that work using the LAW of gravity. Jump off a cliff and see where your god is then!

you are standing on the earth only because of the gravity only, that you know?if there is no gravity, then all the things in the earth will be at hanging and flying here and there, like at the moon.

Hard to argue with the evidence. I can't see God holding me down. Lets just name the force that does so "gravity".

I stopped believing in gravity and I've been floating around for days. Do you have ANY IDEA how hard it is to type?? I have to weigh myself down with bags of sand! Trust me, being an anti-gravitist is NOT easy.
