why don't you just cut it off. then push it in. (That way it would'nt be too hard to push it in.) I thnk thats what the doc does whe they have sex transplants... or watever.
...actually they cut off the shaft and the testicles. Then they take off an amount of skin and muscle in between the pelvic area so that it would become a vagina. so that you can insert other penis there too.
