dont think of it as "stop eating" eating disorders are something that are very serious. u just have to make good choices and learn to replace things that are bad for u with things that will benefit ur body and fill you up. also getting skinny cant be done by eating right alone. LOTSSSS of cardio will make a HUGE impact. i run a mile or so 2-4 days a week and in under a month u should see the results.

if yr serious about losing weight and toning and have a hard time with eating. the best thing to do is break down all yr food intake for the day into smaller portions all through out the day. this way you can snack alot and still only be taking in the amount required. you will find more on this in this article on weight loss

The frst step is to put it in your head that you are not going to eat bad food. dont put it off tomorrow or the next do it tonite. Pick your diet (i chose akins) well no whites. The harder you try the pounds will shed I promise...dont give up..I lost 60 pounds in about 5 or 6 months. I know it seems to long of a wait but where will you be in 5 or 6 months? still fat!! start now Good Luck!!!

Boy,do I ever know what you mean~ I am eating and as I am , I am thinking,,that,, "if I stop, i may lose a pound or two this week:,,,but if i don't I may gain"....but,,, do I stop?
No, I go ahead and finish my dinner,,although I may be full; i go ahead and finish it because I wouldn't want to get hungry later.... and have to snack on something~
So, it isn't that I eat often,, it is that I eat a lot, well,, my portions aren't the text book sizes.
I have a friend who can eat anything,, we are together quiet often and she eats way more than i do,, and a lot of it is greasy,,and as I set eating my chicken breast,,I have to watch her eat hamburger, and french fries,, and then she calls and tells me she lost 2 lbs that week. Well, guess who gained? yes . me! I ate chicken all week!

Try not to worry about how much you eat, worry about what you are eating. Try eating more healthy foods. Or maybe don't surround yourself with food. Do something that keeps you busy for some time and then eat some healthy meals or snacks.

Drink 8 glasses of very cold water each day and don't eat anything that contains any type of processed sugar or processed flour. You will lose weight.
