While on the face of it the idea may be admittedly appealing, we would then be left to deal with the fallout (literally). The world would demand we rebuild those countries if we didn't do so anyway. We're already rebuilding two. I've come to the opinion that maybe we should let these other countries rot in their own messes. North Korea will implode if left alone anyway. All they have is that pompous dictator with the ugly wardrobe and bad hair (he's also fat). Would you believe he had a musical piece commissioned a few years ago, complete with coreography, called something like "We are thankful for our great leader" ?
What an ego.

Well to begin with launching nukes into iran and north korea could strike fear into the hearts of tyrants. But at what cost , how many innocent lives could be lost because of that. Though it would strike fear into our enemies like the tyrants and coutries like venezula but....
Just remember for every action there could be
a retaliation

I don't think that you have learned anything from wherever you went to school, if you really did go. (What the hell does Harvard have to do with anytihng? I'm not impressed!)
George Bush and Condoleeza Rice told you to not like N. Korea and Iran, even though they haven't done anything to you or your family, and you do it? What valid reasons do you have for being against those countries? They are doing what is in the best interest of their nations, and the US gov't. is mad because they can't use and abuse them. Hugo Chavez' only "discretion" is that he's decided that he and his nation will not be another b;tch for the USA to sodomize.
We should all learn a lesson about standing up for ourselves from those countries, especially Venezuela. And you should learn to think for yourself, and stop believing any ol' bullshit you hear on CNN. Doesn't Harvard teach that?
You are ignorant, and lazy for not thinking for yourself. But, you don't have to be that way... Learn while you live.

i assume you're youthful, and did not stay by using the chilly conflict. using nuclear guns is between the most terrifying threats to humanity that exists. i'm a excellent wing, demanding center conservative Hawk. I undergo in ideas Vietnam. although, I also comprehend that when any nuclear means pulls the set off, there is not some thing to end the others from doing so. it really is been our tenuous restraint that has prevented nuclear holocaust in the fifty or so years because that countries except us advanced nuclear guns. We actually have an really defeatist mind-set. in the course of WWII (my Dad's conflict) we fought a international conflict adversarial to 2 really state-of-the-paintings and properly geared up enemies. And we gained. It changed into limitless conflict. It changed into scuffling with to win. In Vietnam, 'regulations of Engagement' political obstacles and political interference in military affairs led to us to strive against a restricted conflict, which we lost. it isn't available to strive against a restricted conflict and win. there is not any kinder, gentler conflict. conflict is hell! that is brutality that i'm particular you won't be able to imagine. although, in case you throw away the ROE, and go away the politicians at homestead, the yank GI can beat absolutely everyone, each and every time. So, we do not opt to spoil the international with nukes. study heritage (I wish all of our legislators had to study heritage beforehand operating for workplace). except you study from heritage, you'd be doomed to repeat it.

You ARE an idiot. If indeed you hold ANY type of degree from Harvard, my opinion of that school has fallen drastically.
Based upon your excellent spelling of the word, 'reestablish', I think it's clear you don't even know where Harvard is.
Next time you pump my gas, don't spill it on the paint....

That's overkill and hypocritical. It would make the whole world terrified of us and that's NOT a good thing. The U.S. would become isolated because no one would want to deal with us. At the very least, it would collapse our economy.
