Manufacturer of WHAT?

There are some state agencies that will handle various problems... and some may have on-going investigations in the state attorneys offices... You can always try the Better Business Bureau. Writing a letter to the 'manufacturer' may help. For big budget items like homes, there may be a state agency dedicated to that.
