You don't have to hyphenate your maiden and married names. Try writting it both ways and see which one feels more comfortable.

Congratulations!

With a dash you get to decide on the order of the names (His-Yours or Yours-His); if you don't hyphenate people are likely to only use the final name. You can also just keep your name as is and worry about the dash when you're naming your kids.

I dropped my middle name and replaced it with my maiden name when I got married. It tells who I am and where I came from. I write out my middle name a lot more now than I did the one my mom gave me as a baby. Sometimes though, I wish I would've hypenated.
